Recently deal has been closed that involved exchange between Timberwolves forward Dante Cunningham and Memphis guard Wayne Ellington.
Now lets put a highlight on the performances of these two players in the past starting with Dante Cunningham who was first drafted by Portland in 2009 NBA darft. During his career three season he has played so far he averaged 5.2 points and 3.3 rebounds. Considering his position as a forward these numbers are not very impressive but the number of games he has played so far justifies his position as well so far he has played 205 games which is quite a high number in just 3 seasons.
On the other hand Wayne Ellington who plays as guard was first drafted by Missesota back in 2009 NBA draft and since then he has been the regular member of their team with career stats of 6.5 points and 1.9 rebounds per game.In the past Wayne showed outstanding performance in the game where he was able to score 36 points against Clemson leading his team to victory.
When we closely compare the exchange we get to know that its a quite balance exchange as both the players are on the same level although the positions are different. So you can't say that it is a win loss situation for a team involved more like win win situation for Wolves and Memphis both.
